As temperatures continue to fall, residual moisture may freeze on roadways. In addition, gusty winds of 25-35 MPH may lead to some snow drifting over roads as well.

House damaged by fire

Coldwater firefighters work at 605 N. Seventh St. after receiving a report of a bedroom fire at about 11:15 a.m. Friday. The American Red Cross was called to assist the family, Coldwater Fire Chief Brent Forsthoefel said. The fire was contained to one bedroom, but the house sustained about $10,000 in smoke damage, he said. The fire remains under investigation.
