* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Donald Heckler
Donald J. Heckler, age 61, formerly of Celina, passed away October 6, 2016 at Amara Hospice in Edinburg, Texas.
Born on March 14, 1955 in Celina, he was the son of James Donald & Virginia Lee (Wilson) Heckler.
His parents and a sister, Carol Susan Heckler, preceded him in death.
Surviving are his brother and sister-in-law, James N. & Laura M. Heckler of Union, Missouri, and extended family members.
Don attended Immaculate Conception Schools Grades 2-10, and graduated from Celina High School with the Class of 1973. He formerly managed several Burger King Restaurants in the Columbus, Ohio area prior to moving to Texas. Favorite pastimes for Don were playing cards, bowling, and visiting relatives and friends.
A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Monday, November 28, at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home in Celina, with Rev. Jon Exman officiating. Burial will follow at St. Marys Catholic Cemetery, Celina.
Visitation is from 10:00 A.M. until time of services on Monday, November 28, at the funeral home.
Memorial Contributions may be made to the American Heart Association or American Cancer Society.
