* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Sharon Carpenter
Sharon A. Carpenter, 69, St. Marys, OH, died 10:05 p.m. Thursday November 10, 2016 at Otterbein – St. Marys.
She was born May 6, 1947 in St. Marys, OH to Adrian and Mary (Makely) Hardin.
Survivors include: son Brian Carpenter of St. Marys, OH; daughter Fawnda (P.H.) Lincoln of Montezuma, OH; daughter Jodi (Larry) Bendler of St. Marys, OH; daughter Tonya (Richard) Goodwin of St. Marys, OH; 10 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; brother Ronnie (Patty) Hardin of Piqua, OH; sister-in-law Lana Hardin of St. Marys, OH; nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by: parents Adrian and Mary Hardin; brother Fred Hardin, Sr.; nephew David Hardin; nephew Shane Hardin; great-niece Samantha Hardin; nephew Ricky Moon, Jr.
She was a graduate of St. Marys Memorial High school (Class of 1964) and attended Eastern Kentucky University.
Sharon retired as manager of the laundry/housekeeping department at JTDM Hospital in St. Marys.
Her favorite pastimes included working in her yard, gardening, making crafts, scrapbooking, playing cards and solving jigsaw puzzles.
Family was the most important thing in Sharon's life. She was a wonderful mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
Rites are scheduled to begin 11:00 a.m. Tuesday November 15, 2016 at Miller – Long & Folk Funeral Home (314 W. High Street Chapel) in St. Marys.
Visitation 2 – 4 and 6 – 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home on High Street.
