* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Ruth Lininger
Ruth C. Lininger, 100, Saint Marys, died 6:30 A.M. Thursday, November 10, 2016, at her residence.
She was born January 23, 1916, in New Bremen, Ohio, the daughter of Albert and Alice (Hirby) Kohlreiser. She married Wilson Topp and he preceded her in death; she married Fred Lininger on July 27, 1946, and he preceded her in death on May 21, 1978.
She is survived by her children: Mary Buschur of New Bremen; Connie (Sam) Trogdlon of Saint Marys; Linda (Bill) Metzger of Saint Marys; Jim (Kathi) Lininger of Neptune, Ohio. She is survived by her nine grandchildren; nineteen great-grandchildren and nine great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; both husbands; by her siblings Wilbur Kohlreiser; Bernice Gruebmeyer; Issabelle Wittenbrink.
Ruth was a homemaker and a member of Grace United Methodist Church in Saint Marys. She enjoyed playing cards and dancing.
Funeral rites will be held 2:00 P.M. Monday, November 14, 2016, at the Miller Funeral Home, 1605 Celina Road, Saint Marys, Pastor Bev Hurlburt, officiating.
Friends may call from noon until the time of services on Monday at the funeral home, where memorial donations may be made to Grace United Methodist Church Community Dinner Fund, or Grand Lake Hospice.
