* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Linda Poor

Linda L. Poor, 79, of Celina, passed away at Miller House, Celina, Ohio, on Wednesday, November 2, 2016 at 4:00 pm.

She was born December 31, 1936 in Celina, Ohio to Kenneth and Aldora (Bodkin) Jamieson, both preceded her in death. Linda married Donald Poor on August 19, 1975, and he preceded her in death on January 6, 1996.

Survivors include a sister, Jenny Jamieson, Celina; a nephew, Dennis (Lisa) Severs, Smyrna, TN; and many other nieces and nephews.

Also preceded in death by a sister and brother-in-law, Judith (Ben) Severs.

Linda was a 1954 graduate of Celina Senior High School and a 1957 graduate from Miami Valley Nursing School, Dayton, Ohio, where she received her R.N. degree. She worked in psychiatry as a head nurse at MUH, Lima Visiting Nurses in 1958, Ohio State University Hospital in coronary care from 1959-1964 and 1965-1975, Denver VA Hospital in 1964, R.L. Dobbins MD family practice from 1975-1996, Dr. T.J. Herm from 1996-2007, and finally retiring from nursing in 2007.

She was a member of Grand Lake United Methodist Church, St. Paul's Campus, Celina, and OES-Chapter #91, Celina.

Friends may call from 3 pm to 6 pm on Sunday, November 6, 2016 in Cisco Funeral Home, Celina. Eastern Star membership services will be held at 6 pm Sunday at the funeral home.

Funeral services will begin at 10:30 am on Monday in the Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, with Rev. Matt Overman officiating; where the family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow at Swamp College Cemetery, Celina.

Contributions can be made to Grand Lake United Methodist Church, Celina, and/or Alzheimer's Association.
