* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Roscoe Timmerman
Roscoe H. Timmerman, 84, Fort Recovery, Ohio, died October 28, 2016 at Mercer County Community Hospital, Coldwater, OH.
He was born June 18, 1932, in Coldwater, OH, to the late William and Ida (Borgerding) Timmerman. On July 2, 1953, in Fort Recovery, OH, he married Elsie (Bergman) Timmerman, who survives.
Also surviving are his five children, Dan (Wilma) Timmerman of Fort Recovery, Connie (Ken) Schoenherr of Fort Recovery, Joan Timmerman and friend, Terri Sonoda of Las Vegas, NV, Jeff (Pam) Timmerman of Fort Recovery, and Bill (Julie) Timmerman of Troy, OH; his sister, Laura Wendel of St. Marys, OH; 14 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren; in-laws, Kathryn Bergman of Fort Recovery, Mercedes Bergman of Fort Recovery, Peg Bergman of Fort Recovery, Jack and Jean Bergman of St. Henry, OH, and Floyd and Joan Bergman of Fort Recovery.
Preceding him in death are his three brothers, John (Rosemary & Grace), Leroy and Eugene Timmerman, a sister, Mary Lou (Gordon) Hughes; brother-in-law, Harold Wendel, and in-laws, Ralph and Mary Bergman, Ruth and Robert Finch, Bob and Lucille Bergman, Walter Bergman, Lavern Bergman, Betty Jean and Cy Brockman, Melvin and Emerita Bergman and Margie and Norb Vogel.
Roscoe joined the army at the age of seventeen and served during the Korean War from 1949-1951. He then drove a milk truck for Gel's Locker, St. Henry, and later drove truck for Sauder Woodworking, Archbold, OH. He was also engaged in farming.
He was a member of the American Legion Post 345 and the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 6515, both of Fort Recovery and Mary Help of Christians Catholic Church, Fort Recovery.
Roscoe had a passion for golf. He enjoyed playing golf as well as collecting golf balls. Other favorite past times of his were playing cards and working with wood, especially oak.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 am Wednesday, November 2, 2016 at Mary Help of Christians Catholic Church, Fort Recovery, with Fr. Matthew Feist officiating. Burial will follow at St. Marys Cemetery, Fort Recovery, Ohio. Military graveside honors will be conducted by the American Legion, Fort Recovery.
Calling is 2:00 pm-8:00 pm Tuesday and 9:00 am-10:00 am Wednesday at Brockman-Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery, Ohio.
  In lieu of flowers and gifts, the family requests that contributions be made to State of the Heart Care.
