* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Alice Anderson
Alice Faye Anderson, 75, St. Marys, OH died Monday October 10, 2016 at Celina Manor Nursing Home.
She was born January 1, 1945 in Marion, NC to Albert and Mildred (Finley) Anderson.
Survived by: Sue La Point of St. Marys, OH
Preceded in death by her parents.
She was a graduate of Glen Burnie, MD High School (Class of 1959), Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, Il (Bachelors degree of Vocational Education), Webster University in St. Louis, MO (Master's degree in Procurement).
A career military woman, she retired from the United States Air Force, having earned the rank of Senior Master Sergeant. Her time of active duty included tours of duty during the Viet Nam War. She also later retired from the federal government, where she worked as a civilian procurement officer.
Her favorite pastimes included fishing and crocheting.
Private services will be held. Burial, with full graveside military honors, will take place at Resthaven Memory Gardens, near Moulton, OH.
The family of Alice Faye Anderson would like to acknowledge the excellent care and companionship provided by the staffs of the following facilities: CHP Adult Day Care in Celina, Celina Manor and Grand Lake Hospice.
