* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero.
* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...Until noon EST today.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken.

As temperatures continue to fall, residual moisture may freeze on roadways. In addition, gusty winds of 25-35 MPH may lead to some snow drifting over roads as well.
Motorists are urged to use caution overnight into Saturday morning.

Emergency responders work at the scene of a three-vehicle crash on U.S. 127 Friday afternoon. Five accident victims were sent to Mercer County Community Hospital, and three of those were later sent to other hospitals.
