Janice Kraner
Janice E. Kraner, 77 of Celina, passed away at St. Rita's Medical Center Inpatient Hospice, Lima, OH, on Saturday, October 1, 2016 at 12:50 am.
She was born January 17, 1939 in Neptune, Ohio. Janice married Robert "Bob" Kraner on February 19 1958, they were together for 58 years and he survives at the residence in Celina.
Other survivors include her mother, Ellen (Piper) Wolfe, Celina; her children, Greg Kraner, Centerville, OH, Brenda (Rick) Feller, Harrison, OH, and Rev. Jon (Julie) Kraner, Celina; a brother, Harold (Sue) Wolfe, Celina; a sister, Dorothy (Rick) Helms, New Haven, IN; eight grandchildren, Amy Luthanen, Andrew Kraner, Angela Kraner, Ashley Kraner, Rebecca (Seth) May, Caleb Kraner, Rose Kraner, and Ricky Feller; two step grandchildren, Adam and Sam Sites; and five great grandchildren.
Janice was preceded in death by her father, Gerald Wolfe; and a great grandson, Lucca Schweizer.
She was a 1957 graduate of Celina High School. She retired from Huffys in 1998 after 36 years of service.
Janice attended Wayne Street United Methodist Church, St. Marys. She enjoyed cooking for her family, gardening and making flower arrangements, especially for her church. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother and will be deeply missed by all.
Visitation hours will be from 4-8 pm, Tuesday, October 4, 2016 in the Cisco Funeral Home, Celina.
Funeral services will begin at 10:30 am on Wednesday in the Cisco Funeral Home with Rev. Dillon Staas officiating; where the family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow at Mercer Memory Gardens, Celina, OH.
