* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Terry Keiser
Terry Anne Keiser, age 61, of St. Marys, and formerly of Rockford, passed away Wednesday, September 28, 2016, at her residence.
She was born January 17, 1955 in Harrisburg, PA to Samuel E. & Mary L. (Hoffon) Brandt. Terry and James W. Keiser were married on July 24, 1976.
He survives, along with her Mother, Mary Brandt of Middletown, PA, two Sons: D.J. (Carrie) Keiser of Etters, PA and Adam (Marta) Keiser of Charlotte, NC, three Grandchildren: Olivia, Wyatt and Ethan Keiser, and her Brother, Sam Brandt of Middletown, PA.
Preceding her in death was her Father, Samuel Brandt, and two sisters, Nancy (Chuck) Wyrick and Gayle (Bowdie) Faust.
Terry was a Homemaker, and had worked as a Realtor and Entrepreneur. A 1972 Graduate of Lower Dauphin High School in Hummelstown, PA, Terry had been a Pennsylvania National Horse Show Class Winner.
She volunteered as a Youth Worker, Small Group Facilitator from 1984-2013. Terry enjoyed writing, travel, word games, and her family.
She was a member of New Community Missionary Church in St. Marys from 2013-present. She had also served the following Churches of God General Conference-Middletown First, Middletown, PA; Vander Ave., York, PA; New Brighton First, New Brighton, PA; New Beginnings, Wexford, PA; High View, Ronks, PA; Highspire First, Highspire, PA; and Mt. Tabor, Celina.
Terry was a faithful follower of Jesus Christ. For almost 26 years she fought the good fight. She may have had MS, but it never had her. In fact, to her MS meant - My Source, My Savior, My Strength, My Salvation. She wanted everyone to know that she has moved and that if you wish to contact her, you must receive Jesus Christ as the Lord and Savior of your life. To God be the glory!!!!
Memorial Services will be held at 4:00 P.M., Saturday, October 1, at New Community Church, 1025 Greenville Road in St. Marys, with Pastor Jim Keiser officiating.
Visitation is prior to Services on Saturday at the Church, from 2:00-4:00 P.M.
A Memorial Service will also be held at the Middletown First Church of God in Middletown, PA, at a later date.
The family requests that Memorial Contributions may be made to The Northwest Ohio Chapter of the Multiple Sclerosis Society, in lieu of flowers.
