A semi-trailer rests in the roadway across U.S. 127 this morning near the intersection with Siegrist-Jutte Road. The vehicle began blocking northbound and southbound traffic at about 7 a.m. Further information about the accident is pending a full report from the Mercer County Sheriff's Office.
