* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Celina garage fire

A Celina firefighter clears material from a garage during a house fire Monday afternoon. Occupants were upstairs at the time and able to get out safely, Celina Fire Chief Doug Wolters said. The fire was contained to the garage area, causing about $3,000 in damage, he said. Wolters believes the fire was caused by an electrical malfunction.
