* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Nancie Van Tilburg
Nancie Viola Van Tilburg, 76, formerly of Celina, passed away at Zionsville Meadows, Zionsville, IN, on July 27, 2016.
She was born July 25, 1940 in Lufkin, TX to Jesse Leroy and Velma (Ewton) Truss, both of whom preceded her in death. She married Larry Van Tilburg on August 4, 1961, who also preceded her in death on December 14, 2013.
Survivors include two sons, Darrell and Mindy Van Tilburg, Lebanon, IN, and Ed and Tatiana Van Tilburg, Carmel, IN; a sister, Judie Smith, Houma, LA; and four grandchildren, Alexandria, Benjamin, Nicholas, and Alexander Van Tilburg.
Nancie is also preceded in death by a brother, Thurman Truss.
Nancie received her degree in nursing from Memorial Baptist Hospital, Houston, TX. She worked as a home maker and often was a substitute nurse for local factories and schools.
She was a member of the Celina First Church of God. She will be remembered as a devoted wife, mother and grandmother, who had a very strong faith in God.
Funeral services will begin at 12:00 pm on Saturday, July 30, 2016 in the Cisco Funeral Home, Celina with Rev. Richard Van Horn officiating; where the family will receive friends from 10:00 am-12:00 pm prior to the service at the funeral home. Graveside services will follow at Swamp College Cemetery, Celina, OH.
