* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

John Penno
John F. Penno, age 78, of Coldwater, passed away on July 18, 2016 at Charles F. Kettering Hospital, Kettering, OH.
He was born 13 Oct. 1937 in Mercer Co. to the late Theodore and Rita (Stelzer) Penno.
He is survived by his wife, Nancy A.(Clark) Penno, whom he married 24 November, 1966. Daughter and son-in-law, Linda & Michael Pennucci, Kernersville, NC, son and daughter in law, David & Kendra (Prenger) Penno, Coldwater, sister, Mary Ann Diller, St. Anthony, and brother, Theodore C. Penno, Coldwater, 5 grandchildren, Amanda and Samantha Pennucci and Rachel, Brandon, and Alex Penno, and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, John was also preceded in death by a brother-in-law, Joseph Diller.
He served in the National Guard, and retired after 43 years with New Idea, and was a lifelong farmer. He liked to travel and never met a stranger!! He enjoyed being with his grandchildren and went to many soccer and baseball and basketball games.
He was a member of the local Eagles club, the American Legion, Coldwater Knights of Columbus, and the Holy Name Society. Since retirement, he belonged to SOAR, a United Steelworkers Union group.
Funeral services will be held at 9:30 A.M., Saturday, July 23, 2016 at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Coldwater, burial will follow at St. Elizabeth Cemetery.
Viewing at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Friday, July 22 from 3-7 P.M.
