* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Pieces of fencing and other structures lie at the scene of Sunday's single-vehicle accident at the Celina High School football stadium. Four juveniles were in a pickup truck that crashed through the fence and struck the scoreboard post and ticket booth. All four occupants were taken to area hospitals for their injuries.
