Douglas Kuhn
Douglas F. Kuhn, 45, of Willshire, Ohio, formerly of Rockford, Ohio, died unexpectedly on Monday, June 27, 2016 at his residence.
He was born December 18, 1970, in Celina, Ohio to Vernon and Vera Louise (Myers) Kuhn.
He graduated from Parkway High School in Rockford and had attended the University of St. Francis in Ft. Wayne, Indiana. Doug was employed by Eaton Industries in Van Wert, Ohio, and had formerly worked at Fleetwood in Decatur, Indiana.
He had lived in this area all his life and was a member of the Rockford United Methodist Church. Doug loved comic books, and Action-Hero and Sci-Fi movies - an avid fan of all of them.
Surviving are his father Vernon Kuhn, his sister Kristina Stemen, and his nephew, Noah Stemen, all of Rockford.
His mother, Vera, preceded in death on July 1, 2015.
Services will be held on Saturday, July 2, 2016, at 1:00 p.m. at Ketcham-Ripley Funeral Home in Rockford, Ohio, with Pastor Chip Steffy officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Rockford.
Friends may call at the funeral home on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service at 1:00 p.m.
