* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Daniel Roop
Daniel S. "Dan" Roop, Celina, Ohio passed away at his residence on June 28, 2016 at 12:28 pm.
Dan was born April 7, 1941 and is the son of the late George and Sarah (Dull) Roop. He married Linda L. Geyer on February 7, 1968 and she survives at the residence.
Other survivors include, three sons, Daniel M. (Lisa) Roop, St. Marys, Christopher S. (Melissa) Roop, Convoy, OH, and Anthony (Rene) Roop, Pleasureville, KY; a sister-in-law, Sarah Lynn Roop, Phoenix, AZ; and nine grandchildren, Derek, Lexi, Chase, Braxton, Trevor, Jordan, Sawyer Roop, and Andrew Rodgers.
Also preceded in death by a brother, David Roop.
Dan was a graduate of Benson High School in Benson, Arizona. He proudly served his country in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War era. He worked for 18 years at International Harvester, Fort Wayne, IN and retired from Lincoln Foodservice Products Inc., Fort Wayne, IN.
He was a life member of the Moose Lodge, Celina and the Coldwater American Legion Post #470. Dan loved spending time with his family and friends, hunting, fishing and flying.
In his extremely unselfish ways, Dan has chosen to donate his body to science.
Celebration of life gathering will be held at a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted to Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, Ohio.
In lieu of flowers and gifts, the family requests donation to Community Health Professionals, Celina, Ohio.
