* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Championship Monday

The Celina Rec Department held its championship games for Minor League and Little Baseball on Monday night at Eastview Park. Zander Jones of Docksider's Marathon, left, applies the tag to Celina Group's Gavin Pearson for the out at second base during the Celina Minor League baseball championship game. Celina Group held off Docksiders for the 7-4 win.
