* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

William Bollinger
William J. "Bill" Bollinger, age 93, of Celina, passed away on June 22, 2016, at 9:03 am, at Otterbein Retirement Home, St. Marys, OH.
He was born January 4, 1923 in Altoona, PA to the late William S. and Nellie B. (Ford) Bollinger. On June 28, 1952 he married Martha J. Koons and she survives in St. Marys, OH.
He is also survived by a daughter, Cheryl (Jim) Stoner, Celina, OH; two sons, Craig (Becky) Bollinger, Lima, OH, and Robert (Debra) Bollinger, Plain City, OH; a sister-in-law, Sarah Bollinger, Michigan; six grandchildren, Jason, Sean, Adam, Amy, and Scott Bollinger, Sarah (Matt) Tucker; and three great grandchildren, Jacob Bollinger, Charlotte and Georgia Tucker.
Preceded in death by a brother, Gerald Bollinger.
Bill was a 1943 graduate of Altoona High School in Pennsylvania. He served his country in the United States Marine Corps during the WWII era. He retired from Mersman-Sommers after 32 years, where he worked as a tool grinder.
He was a member of St. Paul's United Methodist Church, Celina, OH, Celina FAM, and Scottish Rites. Life member of Celina American Legion Post 210, Celina VFW Post 5713. He also served as a Scout Master and was a volunteer firefighter. He loved spending time with his family, camping, hiking, and traveling.
Funeral services will begin at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, June 28, 2016 in the Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, OH, with Rev. Matt Reynolds officiating.
Visitation hours will be from 11:00 am-2:00 pm prior to the services on Tuesday in the funeral home. Burial will follow at Mercer Memory Gardens, Celina; where the Celina American Legion Post 210 and Celina V.F.W. Post 5713 will provide membership services at the funeral home at 1:45 pm and they will also provide military honors at the cemetery.
Contributions can be made to St. Paul's United Methodist Church, Celina, OH and/or Grand Lake Hospice, St. Marys, OH.
