* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Sharon Barker-Ilse

Sharon Lee Barker-Ilse, 64, of Celina, Ohio formerly from Sidney, Ohio went home to be with the Lord Friday, June 10, 2016 at 5:09 am at her home, after struggling with a Long-Term illness.

She was born on October 22, 1951 in Xenia, Ohio, the daughter of the late John and Frances (Collins) Chaney.

On May 12, 2012 she married Raymond E. Ilse who survives along with four daughters, Angel Barker of Sidney Ohio, Stacy (Billy) Fannin of Sandyhook, KY, Jamie Daniels and Hope Barker both of Mason City, IA, three step-daughters, Misty (Arnn) Wallace of Lewiston, ID, Sunni (Mike) Thomas of Las Vegas, NY, and Nicole Ilse of California, 14 grandchildren, one great-grandchild, six stepgrandchildren, three step-great-grandchildren, also surviving is a Brother, John Chaney Jr. and Sisters and Brothers In-Laws, Johnda Chaney, Sue (Duane) Harner, Joyce (Terry) Garrity, all of Celina, Ohio.

Sharon had previously worked as a cook at The Alcove and The Spot Restaurants, and was a member of Joy Church at the Alpha Center in Sidney.

Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, June 15, 2016 at 12 pm at Cromes Funeral Home, 302 S. Main Ave, Sidney Ohio, with Rev. Barbara Staley officiating. Burial will follow at Graceland Cemetery in Sidney Ohio.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 10 am until the hour of service.
