* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Active-shooter drill

Mercer County Sheriff's Detective Chad Fortkamp subdues a "suspect" in a Fort Recovery High School classroom Tuesday afternoon during an active-shooter training session. The exercise provided training for all deputies and other county police officers. Training will continue today so all officers and deputies can participate. The class is hosted by the Mercer County Sheriff's Office and Fort Recovery Police Department.
