Dorothy Buckloh
Dorothy Pauline Buckloh, age 96 of Celina, Ohio passed away at 4:20 p.m. on Tuesday May 31, 2016 at the Gardens at Celina.
She was born on Jan. 5, 1920 in Celina, Ohio to the late Charles and Olga (Schmidt) Bryan. On Oct. 24, 1948 she married Cloyd Buckloh, who died on Sept. 28, 1999.
She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law Sherry and Tom Minton of Grove City, two grandchildren Christina and Andrew Hutchings of Reynoldsburg, Andrew and Karen Minton of Dublin and a great-grandchild Cooper Minton.
She was preceded in death by her sisters and brothers-in-law Thelma and Warren Weisenborn and Bernice and Reginald Fisher.
Dorothy graduated from Washington Township High School with the Class of 1937. She was a housewife, helping around the farm and enjoyed driving the tractor. She was a member of the Wabash United Church of Christ, Unity Grange for 82 years, the Unity Grange Secretary for the last 48 years and was on the Farm Bureau Advisory Council.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday June 9, 2016 at the Lehman-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina, with Rev. Diane Mendelson officiating. Burial will follow in Swamp College Cemetery.
Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. on Wednesday June 8, 2016 and a hour before services on Thursday at the funeral home.
