* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Connie Orchard
Connie E. Schaffer Orchard, 66, of New Knoxville, died at 8:10 PM Thursday in the Van Crest Nursing Home in St. Marys with her daughters at her side.
She was born December 17, 1949 in St. Marys, a daughter of Orley William and Blanche Evelyn Kundert Schaffer, who are deceased. She was married to David V. Grant, who died in 1969. Then on October 16, 1982 she married Charles K. "Bud" Orchard, Jr., who died August 23, 1999.
Surviving are 2 daughters; Linda Kennedy of St. Marys and "Sandy" Orchard of New Knoxville; a step-son; Chris (Jane) Orchard of Wapakoneta; 2 grandchildren; David Kennedy and Kourtney (Aaron Kanor) Martinez, both of St. Marys; 2 step grandchildren, Nick Orchard of Columbus, and Stacy (Ben) Stoll of Lima, and a great grandchild, Isaiah Kanor. 4 siblings Lester William (Becky) Schaffer of Celina, Barbara K. (Rick) Reineke of St. Marys, Marilyn Sue Schaffer of Celina, and James A. "Jimmy" (Chris) Schaffer of Waynesfield. Her Mother in law, Margaret Henrietta Orchard of Cridersville, a brother in law Lester Orchard of Cridersville and a sister in law Alice (William) Wise of Van Wert.
She was preceded in death by a sister Gloria J. Barnett and infant brother David Wayne Schaffer.
She was a homemaker and had worked 7 years at J.B. Pastries in St. Marys. She had attended Spencerville Schools.
Funeral services will be 10:30 A.M. Wednesday at the Thomas E. Bayliff Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Spencerville Cemetery.
Friends may call 2-4:00 and 6-8:00 Tuesday at the funeral home.
