* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Lynn Winhoven
Lynn Marie Winhoven, age 61, passed away Saturday, May 7, 2016, at her residence in Celina.
She was born October 2, 1954 in Bluefield, WV, to Ernest Edward Sr. & Frances Louise Aliff, who are both deceased. Lynn married Gerald L. Winhoven on June 22, 1974, and he preceded her in death on February 17, 2014.
She is survived by their two Sons: Jerry Joseph "JJ" Winhoven of Boynton Beach, FL and Shawn T. (Beth) Winhoven of Damascus, MD, and three Grandsons: Cole Thomas Winhoven, Luke Anthony Winhoven, and Charlie Moore. Also surviving are three Sisters & a Brother: Ruby Aliff of Woodland Hills, CA, Patricia Aliff of St. Marys, and Lesa Aliff and Mark Aliff, both of Wheelersburg, OH; her Husband's Brothers & Sisters: Ronald (Mary) Winhoven of St. Marys, Mike Winhoven, Donald Winhoven and Karen Chandler, all of Celina, Joyce (David) Routt of Van Wert, and Carol Winhoven and Sharon Winhoven, both of Cincinnati; and numerous Nieces & Nephews.
Lynn was preceded in death by a Brother: Ernie Aliff Jr., her Parents-in-law: Virgil & Wilma Winhoven, and Brothers-in-law: Odus Mabry and Clifford Chandler Sr.
A 1972 graduate of Celina High School, Lynn recently retired from Reynolds & Reynolds in Celina, where she had worked since she was 17. She enjoyed reading, gardening, crafts, scrapbooking, and visiting the kids.
Funeral Services will be held at 5:00 P.M. on Friday, May 13, at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home in Celina, with Pastor Jon Exman officiating.
Calling Hours are from 3:00-5:00 P.M. on Friday, at the Funeral Home.
