* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Barbara Schwenzer-Moses
Barbara S. Schwenzer-Moses, 74, of Sidney, passed away Saturday, April 30, 2016 at 5:15 AM at Heritage Manor Nursing Home.
She was born on May 9, 1941 in Celina, Ohio, the daughter of the late Arthur and Bertha (Franks) Granger. On July 1, 1961 she married Patrick Schwenzer and he preceded her in death in 1990. Barbara then married Dolphus Moses and he preceded her in death on March 4, 2015.
Barbara is survived her two sons; David (Jenny) Schwenzer of St. Henry and Daniel (Tisha) Schwenzer of Botkins, five grandchildren; Reesa, Bailey, Caleb, Garret and Ethan, three sisters; Cheryl Amedeo of Arizona, Sharon Wood of Missouri and Pat Moeller of Celina.
Mrs. Schwenzer-Moses was a homemaker but had also worked at Walmart. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church and she volunteered her time at the Senior Center. She enjoyed crafts and reading but most of all she loved her grandchildren with whom she made many wonderful memories and will be greatly missed.
Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, May 3, 2016 at 6:00 PM at Cromes Funeral Home 302 S. Main Ave. Sidney, with Rev. David Shepherd officiating. Burial will be at Mercer Memory Garden in Celina, Ohio.
Friends may call Tuesday from 4 PM until hour of service.
