As temperatures continue to fall, residual moisture may freeze on roadways. In addition, gusty winds of 25-35 MPH may lead to some snow drifting over roads as well.

The Celina Rotary Club sent 13 local volunteers and paid for the bulk of the costs to have cataract surgeries performed on the impoverished people of Nicoya, Costa Rica.
