* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Martha Claxton
Martha Sue Claxton, age 71 of Celina Ohio passed away at 12:10 p.m. on Saturday April 16, 2016 at the Mercer County Community Hospital in Coldwater.
She was born on Oct. 26, 1944 in Celina, Ohio to the Late Naaman "Gene" & Vera Maxine (Gordon) Kittle. On Sept. 18, 1961 she married Marion Lee Claxton in Muncie, IN, who died on March 2, 2013.
Survivors include a son Joseph Lee Claxton of Celina, step grandchildren Sarah Kanorr, Aaron Kanorr, step great grandchildren Isaiah Kanorr, four brothers & sisters-in-law John & Pat Kittle of St. Henry, Gordon Kittle of Rockford, Sam & Carol Kittle of St. Marys and Naaman Butler of Celina, and her sister & brother-in-law Rebecca & Harry (Brock) Wine of Celina.
She was proceeded in death by an infant daughter Mary Marie Claxton, two brothers James E. Kittle Sr. and Jerry D. Kittle.
Martha retired as a nurse from the Celina area nursing homes. She was a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Celina, a member of the Knights of St. Johns #30 and a life member of the Ladies Aux V. F. W. Post #5713.
Funeral services will held at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday April 21, 2016 at the Lehman-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina, with Fr. Kenneth G. Schnipke officiating. Burial will follow in Mercer Memory Gardens in Celina.
Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. on Wednesday and one hour before services on Thursday at the funeral home. V.F.W. Auxiliary Membership services will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday at the funeral Home.
Memorial Contributions may be made to the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church or to the Mercer County Council on Aging.
