* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Ronald Bergman
Ronald F. Bergman, age 61, of Versailles, Ohio, was found to have passed away of natural causes at his residence on Monday, March 28, 2016.
He was born August 19, 1954, at Coldwater, Ohio, to the late Michael and Erma (Knapke) Bergman. He was also preceded in death by his step mother Catherine (Homan) Bergman and one sister Virginia Bergman.
Surviving are four siblings, Mary & Matthew Davis of Vandalia, Dennis & Connie Bergman of Bedford, IN, Ernest & Shirley Bergman of Maria Stein, Elizabeth & Carl York of Russia and numerous nieces and nephews.
Mr. Bergman was a 1973 graduate of Marion Local High School and had been retired from BOA Construction Inc. of Denver, CO. Ron was an avid reader and also enjoyed gardening.
A private memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family.
Memorials may be made to the Osgood Community Fire Department (Box 94, Osgood), Osgood Rescue Squad (Box 101, Osgood), or the Shelby County Right to Life (Box 72, Sidney).
