* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Timothy Jeffries
Timothy L. "Tim" Jeffries, age 51, of Celina, passed away on Wednesday, March 23, 2016, at his residence. He was born September 8, 1964 in Celina.
His Father, Robert L. Jeffries, preceded him in death on May 7, 1977. His Mother, Lulu B. "Lu" (Black) Jeffries, survives in Celina. Tim is also survived by a Son, a Brother & Sister-in-law: James & Sandy Jeffries, 3 Nephews & a Niece: Shaun (Kacie) Jeffries, Derik Jeffries, Bradley (Megan) Jeffries and Megan (Donnie) Sites, a Great Niece, and 7 Great Nephews, all of Celina, Aunts & Uncles: John & Darlene Black of Palmetto, FL, Betty Helen Woodward of Laquey, MO, Sharon & Bob Jordan of Kenton, and Patti Jeffries and Richard Ross, both of Celina. Tim also leaves behind many friends.
He was also preceded in death by his Paternal Grandparents: Clyde & Edith (Boise) Jeffries, Maternal Grandparents: Andrew & Lela (Kincaid) Black, and an Aunt: Karen Ross. 
A graduate of Celina High School, Tim had worked at Coldwater Machine Company. He enjoyed riding motorcycles, and doing mechanical work on both motorcycles and cars. Tim was often asked for all kinds of mechanical advice, and he was always willing to lend a helping hand to others.
Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 A.M. Tuesday, March 29 at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home in Celina, with Pastor Don Clinger officiating. Burial will follow at Mercer Memory Gardens, Celina.
Calling Hours are from 2-4 & 6-8:00 P.M., Monday, March 28, and 1 hour prior to services on Tuesday, at the Funeral Home.
