* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Pamela Archer
Pamela G. "Pam" Archer, 58 of Celina, passed away at Mercer Health Hospital, on Thursday, March 17, 2016 at 8:30 pm.
She was born September 6, 1957 in St. Marys, Ohio to Richard and Wilma (Henderson) Abels, both preceded her in death. Pam married Charles H. Archer on May 16, 1979, and he survives at the residence in Celina.
Other survivors include three children Melissa Archer, Dustin Archer, and Amber Archer, all of Celina, Ohio; a brother, Jeffery Joe Wicker, Ft. Wayne, Indiana; a sister, Angela (Greg) White, Celina, Ohio; and five grandchildren, Riley Archer, Adonys Chambers, Bishop Chambers, Easton Archer, and Bennett Lee Archer.
Pam was a devoted wife and mother, and she loved spending time with her grandchildren. She attended New Start Church of God, Celina, Ohio.
Visitation hours will be from 4-7 pm, Friday, March 25, in the Cisco Funeral Home, Celina.
Funeral services will begin at 10:30 am on Saturday in the Cisco Funeral Home with Rev. Rick Brosher officiating; where the family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Mercer Memory Gardens, Celina, Ohio.
