* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Nicholas Slone
Nicholas D. "Nick" Slone, 24, of Celina, Ohio, passed away on Tuesday, March 22, 2016.
He was born February 4, 1992 in St. Marys, Ohio to Micky and Brenda J. (Cordray) Slone, both survive in Celina, Ohio.
Other survivors include three brothers, Kenny M. Jolly, Wapakoneta, Ohio, Tyler A. Slone, Columbus, Ohio, and Cody A. Slone, St. Marys, Ohio; and a sister, Natasha M. Jolly, Coldwater, Ohio.
Nick was a 2011 graduate of Celina Senior High School. After graduation Nick worked a series of jobs, mostly in auto mechanics field. He loved working on cars, especially big trucks. He also enjoyed riding his motorcycle and spending time with his friends and family.
Funeral services will begin at 2:00 pm on Friday, March 25, 2016, in the Cisco Funeral Home, Celina with Pastor Randy Christian officiating.
The family will receive friends from 11:00 am–2:00 pm prior to the service on Friday. Burial will be held at later date.
