* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...The following county, in west central Ohio, Mercer.
* WHEN...Until 800 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 338 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, Coldwater, Wabash, Mendon, Montezuma, Tama and Neptune.

* WHAT...Heat index values up to 100 expected.
* WHERE...Auglaize, Hardin, and Mercer Counties.
* WHEN...From noon today to 8 PM EDT this evening.

Wabash Mutual Telephone, 118. E. Market St., Celina, in the coming months will undergo renovations to both the inside and outside of the building, which houses customer service and network personnel. The smaller structure, right, will be razed for a new addition to the brick building.
