* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Marcella Stammen
Marcella M. Stammen, age 87 of New Weston, died on Monday, March 14, 2016 at St. Rita's Hospital, Lima.
She was born on June 6, 1928 in Wendelin to the late Henry & Loretta (Rammel) Heuker. On May 30, 1951 she married Virgil J. Stammen, and he died January 9, 2005.
She is survived by ten children: Linda & Dave Fink, Celina, Mary & Ron Goettemoeller, Celina, Joyce & Les Heitkamp, St. Rose, Jim & Brenda Stammen, Coldwater, Lloyd & Carol Stammen, Ft. Recovery, Vernon & Deb Stammen, Covington, Alice & Dan Goubeaux, Ansonia, Gina & Dave Wasson, Union City, IN, Doris & Von Ebeling, Union City, OH, Jeff & Jeanie Stammen, Union City, IN. She is also survived by 28 grandchildren, 34 great grandchildren, and siblings: Harold & Eileen Heuker, Minster, Marie Brunswick, Ft. Recovery, Ed & Suzanne Heuker, New Bremen, Hilda & Norman Alig, St. Anthony, and Helen & Robert Smith, Ft. Recovery; in-laws: Suzie Heuker, Botkins, Lois Stammen, St. Henry, Tillie Stammen, St. Henry, Ruth Stammen, Burkettsville, Dolores Groff, Dayton, Eulalia Klosterman, Montezuma, and Ruth Stammen, New Weston.
She is preceded in death by two grandchildren, a great grandchild; a brother: John Heuker; in-laws: Donald Brunswick, Coletta Stammen, Armella Stammen, Alfons & Esther Stammen, Ed & Bernadine Stammen, Margaret & Norbert Langenkamp, Cyril Stammen, Marie & Ado Langenkamp, Bud & Anna Mae Stammen, Carl Stammen, Elmer Klosterman, and Lawrence Stammen.
She was a member of St. Bernard Catholic Church and its Ladies Rosary Altar Sodality, as well as a member of the Coldwater Eagles and the Ft. Recovery American Legion Auxiliary. Marcella was formerly a 4-H adviser, and the secretary for the National Farmers Organization.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, March 19, 2016 at St. Bernard Catholic Church, Burkettsville. Burial will follow in St. Bernard Cemetery.
Friends may call from 2 until 8 pm Friday and 8:30 until 9:30 am Saturday at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home in St. Henry.
