* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

William Miles
William (Paul) Miles, age 97, passed away Thursday February 25, 2016 at Otterbein Retirement Community, Saint Marys, Ohio where he had enjoyed living since 2003.
Paul was born on April 21, 1918 to William A. Miles and Bertha (Wysong) Miles. He was preceded in death by his wife Faye (Severtson) Miles, son William P. Miles Jr., granddaughter Sandra and his five siblings.
Paul grew up on a farm in Preble County, Ohio until age 20. He married his loving wife Faye on August 8, 1940. They moved to Dayton, Ohio where they lived until 1975 before moving to Celina, Ohio.
Paul started to work at Delco Products Division of General Motors as an electrician apprentice in 1942. He became an electrician, promoted to management, and retired in 1975 as the 2nd shift Executive in charge of all Operations.
Paul loved doing things with his family including pitching horseshoes, bowling, baseball, camping, boating, fishing, mushroom hunting, and playing cards.
He was a member of the Masons, Moose, American Legion, Eagles, and St. Paul's United Methodist Church in Celina.
Paul is survived by his son, Robert (Pat) Miles of Centerville, Ohio; daughter-in-law, Margie Miles of Arizona; grandchildren: Debbie Fain of Vandalia; Lori Kirby of Arizona; Kristi (Chris) Montanaro of Connecticut; Joe (Randi) Miles of Avon, Ohio and great grandchildren Katelyn, Kyle, Tyler, Amy, Mike, Angel, Robbie, Madison, Raegan, Kennedy, Stella and seven great-great grandchildren.
Paul was a great man who was loved and will be missed by all.
A memorial service will be held to celebrate his life on April 2 at 2:00 p.m. at Otterbein Saint Marys. The family will receive guests starting at 1:00.
