* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Norma Jean Wellman
Norma Jean (Peters) Wellman, age 90 of Englewood, passed away on Wednesday, February 24, 2016.
She was a member at Salem Church of God and was in their Trailblazers group and sang in the choir, Norma Jean led youth group at East Park where she was known as "Ace," she enjoyed golfing, traveling, playing card games, baking, and canning. Norma Jean had some great friends she spent time with and was always very active.
She is survived by her children: Ron (Linda) Wellman of NC, Karla (Jerry) James of Vandalia, David (Patricia) Wellman of Portage, Ohio, siblings: Robert Peters of MI, Larry (Judy) Peters of Dayton, Margie (James) Fenning of Coldwater, Janet (Allan) Adams of Coldwater, grandchildren: Angie (Tim) Lynde of NC, Nicole (Kevin) Rice of NC, Melissa (Ben) Norman of NC, 10 great-grandchildren, many other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband: Karl F. Wellman, parents: Harold Ora and Mildred Pauline (Gaus) Peters, brother: James Peters, Sister-in-law: Ardith Peters.
Funeral Services will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, February 27, 2016 at St. John's Lutheran Church (1100 N. Main St., Celina, Ohio) with Pastor Richard Triplett officiating.
The family will receive friends on Saturday at the church, from 12:00 p.m. until time of services. Interment will be held at Swamp College Creek Cemetery in Celina.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton or the Alzheimer's Association.
Arrangements are being handled by Kindred Funeral Home, Englewood.
