* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...The following county, in west central Ohio, Mercer. * WHEN...Until 500 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1240 AM EDT, radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 2 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, Coldwater, Wabash, Mendon, Montezuma, Tama and Neptune.

Alice Clawson
Alice M. Clawson, 80, Lima, died on Feb. 7, 2016, at her residence.
Rites are 2 p.m. Friday at Miller-Long & Folk Funeral Home, High Street Chapel, St. Marys, the Rev. Judy Baker officiating. Burial will follow at Resthaven Memory Gardens near Moulton.
