* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Dolores Bensman

Dolores E. Bensman age 89 of Minster, Ohio died on January 30, 2016 at Heritage Manor Nursing Home, Minster, Ohio.

She was born on September 30, 1926 in McCartyville, Ohio to the late Bernard & Anna Marie (Baumer) Hoying. She married Harold "Bud" Bensman on October 14, 1950 in McCartyville and he preceded her in death on April 26, 2006.

She is survived by children: Ann & John Halpin, Powell, Ohio, Marjorie & Scott Barnheiser, Hilliard, Ohio, Christine & Alan Farr, Minster, Ohio, Donna & James Smith, Buxton, Maine, grandchildren Matthew, Elizabeth, Mark & Molly, Michael & Brittany, Alyson, Joshua, Katherine, Carrie & Bob, Kelli, Kurtis & Annette, Ian and Daniel, great grandchildren: Ryan, Brendan, Garrett, Maci and Jack, brothers & sister; Bernard & Rita Hoying, Montezuma, Ohio, Wilber & Henrietta Hoying, McCartyville, Marilyn & Dennis Ross, Kettering, sister-in-law Janet Hoying.

She was preceded in death by a son Steven and an infant son William and a brother Wilfred.

She was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church, Minster, St. Monica Sodality, Catholic Ladies of Columbia, Church Monitor, former member of the Resurrection Choir, Communion Distributor, Hospital Ministry, Senior Citizens of New Bremen, and Auglaize County Farm Bureau.

She was a 1944 graduate of Minster High School and she volunteered at Heritage Manor Nursing Home.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 AM Wednesday, February 3, 2016 at St. Augustine Catholic Church, Minster with Rev. Rick Nieberding celebrant. Burial will take place in St. Augustine Cemetery, Minster. Friends may call at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Tuesday, February 2, 2016 and from 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM on Wednesday, February 4, 2016. Memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association. Condolences may be made at www.hogenkampfh.com.
