Joann Pax
Joann M. Pax, age 77, of Coldwater, died on Thursday, January 14, 2016 at Celina Manor.
She was born May 19, 1938 in Dayton to the late Victor Boeke & Luella (Hemmelgarn) Boeke.
She is survived by nine children, Karen & Christopher Emmerich of Dayton, Elaine & Tim Lefeld of St. Henry, Bernice & Victor Berlage of Indianapolis, Dennis & Kris Pax of Piqua, Roger Pax of Coldwater, Julia & Gary Reichert of Van Wert, Connie Pax of Cincinnati, Eric & Jill Pax of Jackson Center, Ellen & Edward Gray of Springboro; 28 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; and siblings, Theresa Langenkamp of Sidney, Robert & Rita Boeke of Chicago, Rosemary Janselewitz of Delaware, Ohio, Barbara & Bill Marshal of Versailles, Claudia & Ken McMurray of Virginia Beach, Virginia, Paul & Karen Boeke of Cassella, Louise & John Grilliot of Versailles, Vicki & Tom Wuebker of St. Henry, and Fred & Lori Boeke of New Weston.
She is preceded in death by siblings, John & Joseph Boeke, Mary & Fred Poeppelman, and David Boeke; and in laws, Paul Langenkamp and Dan Janselewitz.
She was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Coldwater, the St. Ann's Rosary Sodality of the church and the Mercer County Right to Life.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 AM on Monday, January 18, 2016 at Holy Trinity Church. Private family burial will follow in St. Elizabeth Cemetery.
Friends may call on Sunday from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Coldwater.
Memorials may be made to the Mercer County Right to Life.
