* WHEN...Until this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

An investigator stands next to a communications truck east of U.S. 127 near Coldwater Creek this morning. The truck was one of at least nine law enforcement vehicles on the scene. A Mercer County Sheriff's Office report said bones had been found at the scene on Sunday.
