* WHEN...Until Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 4:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 12.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

Marjorie Shelby

Marjorie M. Shelby, 90, St. Marys, OH died 7:48 p.m. Thursday, December 24, 2015 at Otterbein-St. Marys.

She was born March 23, 1925 in New Knoxville, OH to Charles and Marie (Kuck) Wright. On September 6, 1941, she married Leland "Bill" Shelby, who died August 8, 2008.

Survivors include: son Jerry Shelby of Salisbury, NC; son Lynn (Brenda) Shelby of Roseburg, OR; son William (Barbara) Shelby of Sunbury, OH; daughter-in-law Ronda Shelby of St. Marys, OH; 9 grandchildren: Dan (Claire) Shelby, Steve (Martha) Shelby, Scott (Shari) Shelby, Sky (Tami) Shelby, Sue (Doug) Sandkuhl, Mason (Tara) Shelby, Tyge (Alyssa) Shelby, Beau (Alicia) Shelby, Brody (Simonne) Shelby; 17 great-grandchildren: Stephanie, Garrett, Amanda, Nicholas, Samantha, Nathan, Madison, Sky, Olivia, Chelsea, Alex, Summer, Kayd, Koen, Sunny, Kalel, Marin; sister Eileen Chiles of St. Marys, OH; sister Waneta (Richard) Journay of New Weston, OH; brother Allan "Bud" Wright of New Knoxville, OH.

Preceded in death by: parents Charles and Marie Wright; husband Leland "Bill" Shelby; son Larry Shelby; daughter-in-law Rita Shelby; sister-in-law Eileen Wright; brother-in-law Richard Journay.

A licensed beautician, she operated Marge's Beauty Shop in St. Marys for many years.

She was a member of Grace United Methodist Church in St. Marys, where she took part in many activities. She will be remembered as a loving wife, mother and grandmother.

Rites are scheduled to begin 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, December 29, 2015 at Miller Funeral Home 1605 Celina Road (Ohio 703 West Chapel) in St. Marys. The Rev. Bev Hurlburt and Pastor Mark Foor will co-officiate the services. Interment will take place at a later date in the Elm Grove Cemetery, in St. Marys.

Visitation 9:30–11:30 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home on Ohio 703 West.
