* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Harold Andrews
Harold J. Andrews, age 88, of Celina, Ohio passed away at 2:30 a.m. on Tuesday, December 8, 2015 at the Celina Manor Nursing Home Celina, Ohio.
He was born on June 12, 1927 in Celina, Ohio to Cyrus and Carrie (Bollenbacher) Andrews. On May 1, 1946 he married Verna Gail Sage, who lives in Celina.
Also surviving are his sons & daughters-in-law Paul & Sue Andrews of Round Lake Beach, IL, Wayne & Gail Andrews of Chesapeake, VA, Ralph Andrews of Chesapeake, VA, daughters & sons-in-law Janet & Don Patterson of Eau Clair, WI, Doris & Don Wolford of Celina, many grandchildren, many great grandchildren and his sister Mary Boley of Celina.
He was preceded in death by his daughters Virginia (Ginny) Andrews, Ruth Binz and a brother-in-law Neil Boley.
Harold graduated from Coldwater High School in 1945 and served his country in the United Sates Navy at the end of World War II. He was a heavy equipment operator for Frantz's Brothers in Sidney, Ohio until he retired in 1989.
He was a member of the Grace Missionary Church in Celina. He was a life member of the NRA, a member of the Union of Operating Engineers and the Mercer County Sportsman Association. He enjoyed the outdoors and hunting.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday Dec. 11, 2015 at the Lehman-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina with Rev. Bruce Head officiating. Burial will follow in Buck Cemetery in Celina.
Friends may call from 2 – 5 p.m. on Thursday at the Lehman-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina.
Memorial Contributions may be made to the Grace Missionary Church or to State of the Heart Hospice.
