* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Timothy Donovan
Timothy F. Donovan, 67, formerly of Celina, passed away at his home in Mt. Plymouth, FL, on November 2, 2015.
He was born March 6, 1948 in Mercer County, OH, to Albert E. and Margaret Mae (Murphy) Donovan, both preceded him in death.
Survivors include two daughters, Nicole Donovan, Celina, and Kelly Donovan, Celina; a son, Christopher Donovan, Wapakoneta; a sister, Kathy Donovan, Celina; a brother, Mike (Dianne) Donovan, Port Orchard, WA; two ex-wives, Barbara (Thompson) Donovan, Wapakoneta, and Brenda K. Gillum; and three grandchildren, Isaiah Sutton, Isabella Donovan, and Tenniah Sutton.
Also preceded in death by a sister, Janet Donovan.
Tim was a 1966 graduate of Celina Senior High School. He proudly served his country in both the United States Marines and the United States Navy.
He was a life member of Celina VFW Post 5713, and a member of Celina American Legion Post 210.
Memorial Services will begin at 3:00 pm, Friday November 20, 2015 in Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, with Rev. Matt Overman officiating; where the family will receive friends 1:00 – 3:00 pm prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Swamp College Cemetery, Celina; where military honors will be provided by the Celina American Legion Post 210 and Celina VFW Post 5713.
