* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Richard Stevens Jr.
Richard E. Stevens, Jr., age 63 of Celina, died at 2:40 p.m., Thursday, November 12, 2015 at his residence.
He was born August 16, 1952 in Lima, Ohio. He is the son of the late Richard Eugene and Twila Ann 'Squirt" Candler Stevens, Sr. On June 10, 1996 he married Karen Webb, who survives.
Mr. Stevens had worked as a telephone contractor. He loved the outdoors, fishing, and boating. One of his talents was working with his hands and fixing things.
He is also survived by 3 daughters – Jamie (Zoe) Green of Ada; Bree Johnson Campbell of Ada; Amber Borges of Columbus; a step son – Brian (Mandi) Webb of Wapakoneta; 6 grandchildren; 2 sisters – Cheryl A. Stevens of Wapakoneta and Teresa L. (Anthony) Allen of Wapakoneta.
He was preceded in death by a step son – John Dicke and a brother – Dave Stevens.
Mass of Christian burial will begin 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, November 17, 2015 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Wapakoneta. Father Daniel Hunt will officiate. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery, Wapakoneta.
The family will receive friends from 2:00 – 4:00 and 6:00 – 8:00 p.m., Monday at Bayliff & Son Funeral Home, Cridersville.
