* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Kathryn Rohrbach
Kathryn L. (Westerbeck) Rohrbach, age 84, formerly of New Bremen, OH died October 28, 2015 in Brentwood, CA, while staying at the home of her son Douglas.
She lived in San Jose, CA. but came home frequently to visit family and friends. She was born May 21, 1931 in New Bremen, OH, the daughter of Arnold & Ora (Schlegel) Westerbeck. She was a 1950 graduate of New Bremen High School.
Kathryn married Kenneth Rohrbach on November 3, 1956 in New Bremen, OH. They had two sons Dennis and Douglas.
She had worked for many years and retired from Weyerhaeuser Corporation and Stanford Health.
Kathryn is survived by her son Douglas and her grandson Kenneth, three sisters, Evelyn Kittle, Celina, OH, Ruth Warner, Oxnard, CA, and Janet (Becky) Cooper Ponca City, OK, and a sister in-law Linda Koons, Saint Marys, OH.
Kathryn was preceded in death by her husband Kenneth Rohrbach, 1993 and her eldest son Dennis in May 2015.
Katie will be remembered as a kind and loving woman. She will be missed by many.
Burial will be held in Saint Marys OH at a later date.
Brentwood Funeral Home, Brentwood, CA, handled the arrangements.
