* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Deborah Meeds
Deborah N. "Deb" Meeds, 51, of Celina died at 4:03 a.m. Sunday November 8, 2015 at her residence.
She was born in Greenville, OH on March 12, 1964 to Lavern F. & Mary P. (Grillot) Homan who survive in Coldwater. On August 10, 2012 she married Ron Meeds and he survives in Celina.
Survivors also include two daughters; Angela (David) Hague and Kristin (Jessie) Williams both of Mendon, two brothers Robert (Malissa) Homan and Phil (Alicia) Homan both of Celina, five grandchildren Austin Smith, Desiree Hague, Thomas Hague, Kaitlyn Hague and Kiley Williams, a sister-in-law Pam Meeds of N.C., mother and father-in-law Nancy (Herb) Meeds of Celina and the family dog, Rusty.
Deb worked at Reynolds and Reynolds. She enjoyed walking, reading, riding bikes and spending time with her family. She was also a member of Immaculate Conception Church, Celina.
Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 10:30 a.m. Thursday November 12, 2015 at Immaculate Conception Church, Celina. Rev. Ken Schnipke will be officiating. Burial will follow at North Grove Cemetery, Celina.
Friends may call from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at Lehman-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina.
Memorial contributions may be directed to Mercer County Cancer Association or to State of the Heart Hospice.
