* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 4:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 12.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

Raymond Bey Jr.
Raymond N. Bey, Jr., 36, Celina, passed away at his residence on November 4, 2015 at 9:00 A.M.
He was born November 20, 1978 in Dayton, OH. He married Joni Rasawehr on June 7, 2001 and she survives at the residence in Celina.
Other survivors include his son, Nicholas R. Bey, Celina; his father, Raymond Bey, Sr., FL; his mother-in-law, Becky Rasawehr, Celina; his sister, Sally Dixon, St. Marys; and three brothers, Charles (Kelly) Dixon, Wapakoneta, Joe Allen Dixon, St. Marys, and Richard Dixon, St. Marys.
Preceded in death by his mother, Vickie Dixon; and his father-in-law, Kenneth Rasawehr.
Raymond graduated from St. Marys Memorial High School in 1997. He received his associate's degree with honors from Rets Tech Center, Centerville, OH.
Raymond had many hobbies but he especially enjoyed spending time with his wife and son, watching and playing all sports, coaching, helping with Boy Scouts. His favorite teams included Cincinnati Bengals, The Ohio State Buckeyes, and Cincinnati Reds.
Funeral services will begin at 4:00 P.M. on Sunday November 8, 2015 in the funeral home with Pastor Randy Christian officiating; where the family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
