* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Friday morning and evening commutes.

It's Election Day

Ralph Link votes this morning at the Galleria in Celina. Polls are open until 7:30 p.m. Voters will decide contested races for village and city officials, boards of education and township trustees and fiscal officers.
