* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Lewis Snider
Lewis Henry Snider, 81, of Lima, passed away November 2, 2015 at the Shawnee Manor Nursing Home.
He was born in Celina on June 22, 1934 to Cyrilious and Mary Katherine (Grunden) Snider and they precede him in death. On June 9, 1975 he married Shirley Snider and she survives him.
He is also survived by his children, Curtis (Cheryl) Snider of Tama, Ohio, Steve (Peg) Snider of Celina, Michael Snider of Macon, GA, Daniel (Nichol) Snider of Lima, Pam (Greg) Kabanuk of Van Wert, Jean Kiracofe of Lima, John (Sharon) Bracy of Mt. Cory, Beth (Hugh) Phillips of Lima, Barbara Vance of Lima, Louise (Duane) Curl of Harrod and William Bracy of Findlay. He is survived by twenty eight grandchildren and eighteen great grandchildren.
Mr. Snider was employed in sales of building materials. He had a green thumb when it came to planting flowers and he loved doing yard work. He loved dogs especially his dog Blackie.
Along with his parents he is preceded in death by his first wife, Betty Eileen Snider, a son, Richard Snider and a sister, Shelba Hubbard.
Funeral services will be held 12:00 p.m. Thursday, November 5, 2015 at Siferd-Orians Funeral Home, with Rev. Neil Whitney, officiating.
Friends may call Wednesday, November 4, 2015 2-4 & 6-8 and again one hour prior to the service on Thursday at Siferd-Orians Funeral Home.
Memorial contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society or to the American Heart Association.
