* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Richard Crider
Richard W. Crider, age 69, of Van Wert, died at 5:38 PM Friday, Oct. 16, 2015, at Memorial Hospital, Lima, Ohio.
He was born August 11, 1946, in Lima the son of William "Bill" and Jessie (Nelson) Crider.
He is survived by his sons: Ethan (Michelle) Crider of Suffolk, VA - Bill (Diane) Crider of Orangeburg, MO - grandchildren Estella Crider of Suffolk, VA and Courtney and Nicholas Crider of Orangeburg, MO - siblings David (Judy) Crider of Mendon, OH - Carol (Willis) Watts of Marion, OH - Linda Burden of Venedocia, OH - Peg (Rick) Hesse of Mendon, OH - Bob (Deb) Crider of Mendon, OH.
Besides his parents he was preceded in death by one sister, Sally Crider.
Richard was the owner and operator of Crider Electrical Service of Van Wert for many years. He also was a longtime member of the Van Wert Lions Club spending many hours of his time working  on the various club projects.
Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM Saturday, October 24, 2015, at Brickner Funeral Home with Rev. Robert Reidenbach officiating. Burial will be at a later date in Wright Cemetery, Converse, Ohio.
Friends may call at Brickner Funeral Home Saturday, October 24, 2015, from 12 noon to time of service.
Preferred Memorials are to the Van Wert Lions Club.
