* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Pamela Smith
Pamela Kay (PK) Smith - age 64 of Hamilton, Ohio passed away on Saturday, October 17, 2015.
She was born August 26, 1951 in Celina, Ohio to Thelma Smith (nee Powell) and the late Bob Smith.
Pamela was a 1969 graduate of Celina High School, and the following: Miami University (BS in English Education, Class of 1973), Wright State University (Master of Education, Class of 1985), Miami University (Doctor of Philosophy, Class of 1989) in addition to Postdoctoral Studies at Xavier University and University of Cincinnati.
Pamela spent her career working for change and social justice in education all the while making people laugh during her years at Middletown High School, Garfield Alternative Center, Miami University and Eastern Michigan University.
She is survived by her wife, Jennifer Eastridge; mother, Thelma Smith; sister, Stacie (Gene) Powell; sister-in-law, Chris (Phil) Scantland and nieces and nephews, Cliff (Joslyn) Powell, Aaron (Lyndsey) Powell, Kailie Weber, Ross Weber, Travis Powell, T.J. Powell, Rebecca Scantland, Kiersten (Jeffrey) Boeckman, Randy Powell, her "neighborhood nieces and nephew," Piper Glaab, Tyler Schuppie, Emily Forrest, Jennifer Schuppie, Darby Glaab, and great niece and nephews, Jaylen, Emrie, Lincoln and Leo. Also survived by her loving dogs, Evie Rose and Riley Bob.
A Memorial Mass will be held at 3 PM on Saturday, October 24, 2015 at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, 201 Clark Street, Middletown, OH 45042.
